HELLO

Welcome to the Albury Music Festival

We have grown from a small gathering of musicians and music lovers in a field to a full-on music festival that attracts some amazing musicians and raises money for local charities.

Our fantastic bands and solo acts kindly waive their fee to play at Albury Music Festival so that more money is raised for charity, and a whole whoop of volunteers give up their time to ensure the day runs smoothly.  We thank you in anticipation of your support and donations today.

Our main objectives remain the same...

To provide a safe and enjoyable day out for the local community

To raise money for our chosen charities and local good causes

To invite along talented local musicians, and to ensure they have fun too

To encourage you - the audience - to clap, cheer, sing and dance!

In this, our 12th year,  The Albury Music Festival remains a FREE festival for the community. We raise money from the Bar, BBQ, Raffle and donations given by you, our audience. Please buy a beer and a burger, have a go on the raffle and throw some coins and notes into the charity donation buckets in appreciation of over 6 hours of fun and entertainment. If you haven’t got any cash we also have some card machines that can take donations.

In 2022 your donations will be shared between Guildford-based charity, Halow, and other local charities. The festival is sponsored by Silent Pool Gin. www.silentpooldistillers.com

Our Chosen Charity for 2022

halow project

halow project is a small charity, based in Guildford supporting young people from 16+ with learning disabilities. halow was founded in 2006 by five parents whose children had learning disabilities. They were concerned with the prospect for their children's future and others like them. We believe that the young people we support have the right to be part of and respected in their communities and are entitled to a life they choose in ways that best suit them.

halow is committed to developing creative opportunities and removing social barriers.  The vital projects we offer help young people find meaningful employment, acquire their own homes and build relationships with others, through our daily activities and programmes (A Reason To Get Up, Social Activities and Building Futures).
